Suuns embraces darkness, layering incoherent guitar and analog synth grime over heavy drums then changing on a dime into something sweeter, more inviting. Their brand of psychedelia is reverent to its gods, no doubt, but the band has teeth of its own and they’re not afraid to innovate (or intimidate).
