The result of months of creative collaboration between clients, volunteers and employees of the Calgary Drop-In & Rehab Centre under the guidance of Artist-In-Residence Kris Demeanor, Shelter From the Storm narrates key aspects of DI community culture through original songs, poems and stories. These will be performed for the first time as part of Sled Island and preceded by a documentary capturing the evolution of this unique project. Please note this is an 18+ event.
