The stoner rock thunder of Gone Cosmic sounds like it was recorded at the top of an erupting volcano during a solar eclipse. Upon a bed of doom-y, blues-inspired rock, vocalist Abbie Thurgood is equally able to wail and whisper with a commanding force. With her at the fore and members of Chron Goblin and Witchstone filling out the roster, the band is an unflappable force to be reckoned with.
